Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. General Conditions

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

All requests must be submitted via email to: support@corvari.shop

A request will not be accepted if:

  • It is submitted after the 7-day period
  • It is made without prior contact
  • The product shows signs of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage

Note: Items may be returned even if tried on or lightly used, as long as the request is made within the 7-day window and the product shows only normal, reasonable use.


2. Refund Policy

Payment Method

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Posting times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Refunds are only issued after the item is received and approved by our team.


3. Exchange Policy

Eligible Situations

  • Item arrived defective or damaged
  • Wrong product received

Not Eligible

  • Exchanges based on preference (size, color, or fit)
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day period

Process

  • Submit your request via email to: support@corvari.shop
  • Provide your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue
  • Photos may be required for defective or damaged items
  • Our team will provide the return instructions and return address
  • After we receive and approve your item, we will process the exchange or refund

Shipping Costs

  • Corvari covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items
  • For all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

4. Delivery Time for Exchanges

Once your return is approved and received, your replacement item will be shipped within our standard delivery window — usually 7–15 days after dispatch.
A tracking number will be provided once the item ships.


5. Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted
  • If exchanging for a more expensive item, the price difference will be charged
  • If exchanging for a less expensive item, the difference will be refunded
  • Please notify us immediately if your shipping address changes during the return or exchange process
